A $50.00 deposit is required for Saturday appointments.

We will do our best to accommodate you. If you have severe pain and require immediate care, we do what we can to get you in soon and relieve your pain quickly.

You can complete the medical history questionnaire, consent form on-line prior to your appointment. If not, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete these forms prior to your appointment.

At the Richmond Endodontic Centre we strive to stay on-time. However, emergencies and unforeseen circumstances occasionally arise. We appreciate your understanding if you encounter such a delay.

Please note 48 hours of notice is necessary prior to cancelling your appointment. Otherwise a nominal fee may be incurred.
